Hollow Sky is a private modern two-bedroom, two-bath retreat set on 110 acres in Preston Hollow, New York. Designed for up to five guests, the home offers panoramic Catskill views, a hot tub, gas fireplace, soaking tub, radiant heated floors, a full kitchen, Starlink Wi-Fi, Sonos sound, automated shades and a Tesla EV charger. With koi ponds, open fields, woods and private walking areas and no visible neighbors, Hollow Sky is intended for quiet stays and genuine privacy—not parties or events.
Good to know
Hollow Sky is a self-check-in property. Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and checkout is at 11:00 a.m. A detailed arrival guide and contact information are provided before arrival. A car is required. Cellular service can be spotty on the drive in, so guests should save their directions and arrival instructions in advance. The home has reliable Starlink internet, and Wi-Fi calling is recommended after connecting. The driveway is gravel and includes an incline. Guests should drive cautiously at night and during rain, snow or muddy conditions. All-wheel drive or four-wheel drive is recommended during winter weather. The property is rural and nature-focused. Guests may encounter wildlife, insects, uneven ground, mud, snow and changing weather. Appropriate outdoor footwear is recommended.
Other Details to Note
Maximum occupancy is five registered guests. The primary bedroom has one king bed. The guest bedroom has one twin daybed and one pull-out twin trundle, which can be combined to form a king-size sleeping arrangement. A fifth guest can sleep on the large sectional in the living area. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Parties, events and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation. Children must be supervised around the ponds, docks, trails, decks, hot tub and firepit. Pond docks may be slippery. Guests should feed the koi from the grass area rather than from the dock. Outdoor amenities are available weather permitting. Brief service visits may occasionally occur for hot-tub maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, trash pickup, pond care or necessary property maintenance. We make every effort to keep these visits brief and respectful of guest privacy. Minimum-stay requirements vary by date and are displayed when selecting a stay.
