Hollow Sky is a private modern retreat set on 110 acres of fields, woodland, koi ponds, and open land in the Catskill Mountains — designed for guests who want space, quiet, and a stay that feels intentional. Two bedrooms. Two full bathrooms. A hot tub oriented toward the mountain ridge. A soaking tub with amazing views of the mountains. The living room features a large sectional, 75-inch smart TV, gas fireplace, panoramic mountain views, and automated shades. The primary bedroom has a king bed, mountain views from a large bubble window, and an ensuite with soaking tub, rain shower, multiple body sprays, and a marble double vanity. The guest bedroom has a flexible bedding setup for two guests with a smart TV. Both bathrooms have radiant heated floors and glass-enclosed showers. The kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and radiant heated floors. Outdoors: hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, and two decks with mountain views. The property includes two spring-fed koi ponds and apple trees on the land. Cell service is spotty — wifi calling recommended. Satellite internet (fast) is available. The driveway is gravel and on an incline — AWD or 4WD recommended in winter.

Maximum 5 guests. A fifth guest can sleep on the comfortable large sectional in the living area. No smoking in the home. Pets considered case-by-case — reach out before booking. Minimum 2-night stay. Self check-in via smart lock. EV charging on site (Tesla Universal Charger). Spring-fed drinking water. The Rensselaerville hiking trails are walking distance from the home. Windham Mountain is 25 minutes. Hunter Mountain is 35 minutes. The town of Catskill is 25 minutes. Hudson is under an hour. New York City is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours.

Hollow Sky sits in Preston Hollow, New York — a quiet, largely undiscovered corner of the Catskill Mountains with no traffic, no crowds, and nothing competing for your attention. The entrance to Rensselaerville hiking trails is walking distance from the home, with maintained paths through old-growth hardwood and creek-cut terrain well worth the views. Two state forests and Catskill Creek are nearby for those who want to explore further. Windham Mountain is 25 minutes for skiing and snowboarding in winter. Hunter Mountain is an additional 10 minutes. The town of Catskill — with unique independent shops, galleries, and restaurants — is 25 minutes away. Hudson, one of the most interesting small cities in the Northeast, is under an hour. Albany is roughly 40 minutes. New York City is approximately 2.5 to 3 hours depending on traffic. Preston Hollow isn't famous. That's the point.
